F.A.Q

Frequently Asked Questions

How does ESP save electricity?

Power factor is the percentage of electricity that's delivered to your house and used effectively, compared to what is actually wasted. For example, a 1.0 power factor means that all the electricity that's being delivered to your home is being used effectively by your appliances. However, most homes today have a 0.75 power factor or less. This means that about 75% of the electricity that is coming through your meter at your home is being used effectively, the other 25% is being wasted by your inductive load caused by some appliances(air condition, and any other applilance with inductive load). With a low power factor, the utility company has to deliver more electricity to do the same work. Now, with ESP,it helps to increase that power factor in most cases to 0.98, and increasing the effective use of your electricity and lowering your your meter reading.

Is the use of ePowerSaver illegal?
NO. The ESP is just like a common household appliance that you can plug into any outlet in your home. Don't worry, it is absolutely LEGAL , approved and compliance with CE test. Since 1998 the United Nations Foundation itself has committed nearly $50 million towards promoting renewable energy and energy efficiency.

Is there any danger to use ESP ?
ESP is very safe.
ESP has passed many tests and verifications at various certification levels, and has demonstrated its capability to engender savings up to 10% or more on electrical power usage. It has been inspected under strict conditions and is almost a zero defect product with high safety, non heat generating and non electrical energy consumption. It stabilizes voltage, reduces current, enhances PF of appliances, and extends the life of appliances. It does not contain lead and does not consume electrical energy, so it never generates heat, and there is no danger in using it.

How to use ESP ?
Simply plug it in any of your home outlet and it will start saving power for you. Best result, it plug at the socket nearest to the meter.

How many ESP do I need ?

How is the saving effect of the ESP ?
This ESP has passed many tests and verifications at various certifications levels, and has demonstrated its capability to save up to 15-30% on electrical power usage. It has been inspected under strict conditions and it is non electrical energy consumption. It stabilizes voltage, reduces current, enhances Power Factor of appliances, and extends the life span of appliances.

Why use ESB ?
All electrical equipment / appliances efficiency reduces with time, as appliances age, it will consume more power without being realized, hence higher electricity bills.
Due to many appliances in one household each with different power and current requirements affects voltage and current consumption. Unstable supply voltages increase in resistance due to wire size and poor power supply which may result in power loss.
Extra electrical power can also be lost naturally (wire loss) or at the instant of turning on the power equipment.

This product applies to many kinds of appliances such as air conditioners, televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, electric fans, motors, pumps stereos, etc. Please refer to below table for more information on other appliances.

What is the lifespan of the ESB ?
ESP
is expected to last about 1 year ++ of continued usage.

Do I need a qualified technician / electrician to install the ESB ?
In most installations, you will not require any help in installing the devices . Just plug them into any wall socket and let them start saving.

Can ESB be used in other countries with different voltage?
Yes. ESB can be used in any countries that have an electricity supply of 110 to 130 VAC or 220 to 240 VAC, 50-60Hz.
